About Mole, Scar & Stretch Mark Removal

Our providers utilize powerful tools to customize and adapt our dermal resurfacing treatments to focus on specific concerns, targeting individual areas, such as moles, warts, scars and stretch marks.

Using advanced technology, providers can seamlessly and efficiently transform visible dermal deficits to soften texture, balance tone and effectively treat a wide-variety of dermal concerns.

Does it Hurt?

Every person’s skin is different and will react based off of their skin sensitivity. Before your first treatment, a provider will have a one-on-one consultation with you to discuss your skin and your concerns. This helps the provider to determine the intensity and pressure necessary for your treatment. A topical anesthetic will also be applied to provide comfort during treatment.

How Much Downtime Will I Have?

Downtime varies from person to person, but most people will experience some redness and tenderness 24 to 48 hours after treatment and these symptoms will last between 5 and 7 days. Depending on your skin sensitivity, you may experience no downtime at all.

Alma Opus Plasma

The aging process takes a toll on our skin as collagen production decreases by 1% every year after the age of 20. This decline in collagen is a primary reason for the development of wrinkles, uneven skin texture, and other visible signs of aging. Opus Plasma is designed to reinvigorate the body’s natural collagen production, effectively reversing this loss and rejuvenating the skin from the inside out.

Opus Plasma operates by employing fractionated plasma energy to deliver effects similar to a deep resurfacing treatment but without the associated downtime. During the procedure, your provider holds the Opus Plasma device above your skin. This cutting-edge device emits unipolar RF energy from its metal pins, which, when in contact with the surrounding air, generates plasma. This plasma creates microscopic channels, also known as “microinjuries,” in your skin. These microinjuries stimulate the production of new collagen and elastin in your skin.

The main benefits of Opus Plasma include:

  1. Non-Invasive: Unlike surgical procedures, Plasma Laser Therapies are non-invasive.

  2. Comfortable: The procedures are designed to be as painless as possible, with minimal discomfort during and after the treatment. Local anesthesia  may be applied to ensure your experience is pleasant.

  3. Efficient: These therapies are highly efficient, often requiring fewer sessions than traditional treatments to achieve desired results.

  4. Versatile: Plasma Laser Therapies are effective in treating fine lines, wrinkles, uneven texture, acne scars, open pores, pigmented lesions, skin texture, laxity, and environmental damage.

  5. Safe for Sensitive Areas: Plasma Laser Therapies can be used on sensitive areas of the face, including the eyes and lips.

  6. Rejuvenated Skin: One of the primary goals of these therapies is to rejuvenate the skin. They reduce or eliminate fine lines, age spots, uneven skin tone, pigmentation issues, and blemishes. The result is brighter, healthier, and younger-looking skin that can boost your self-confidence.

When Will I See Results?

Most patients can expect to begin seeing results after one to two treatments, but between three and six total treatments are reccomended for maximal results. Your provider will discuss your goals and realistic expectation at the time of your comprehensive consultation.
